Adam Wright
Adam Wright of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, won the 2001 National Flatpicking Championship at Winfield and placed third there in 2012 and 2017. He also won the Wayne Henderson guitar contest in 2000.
Allen Shadd
Allen Shadd is a three-time National Flatpicking Champion at Winfield (1997, 2013, and 2019) and a contest player who has placed in the top three there nine times.
